UltraSurf is no need to be installed (standalone app) simply click its exe file to run it that will configures Internet Explorer Option automatically to indicate that anonymous browsing is active, UltraSurf displays a lock icon on the desktop.
You can also use this UltraSurf with Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers, but you have to set the proxy settings manually (localhost:9666).
